Client Service Coordinator

Job Summary Are you organized, energetic, and passionate about the beauty industry? We're looking for dynamic Front Desk Receptionists to be the heartbeat of our busy, high-end salon. With a team of 39 talented stylists and a boutique retail space, no two days are the same—and that's exactly how we like it!

What You'll Do:

Be the first friendly face and voice our clients experience—creating a warm, welcoming environment Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and book appointments with efficiency and care Manage and coordinate a high-volume schedule for our large team of stylists Keep the front desk running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-energy setting Assist with retail boutique sales and restock inventory as needed Support the team by multitasking and staying one step ahead during busy times

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, punctual, and professional Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong multitasking and organizational skills Fashion-forward with a passion for beauty, style, and client experience Positive attitude and team-player mindset Previous salon or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
