Job Description

Stepan Company is hiring a Customer Services Team Lead to join our team at our Northbrook, IL headquarters location.

Responsibilities include:
Service and Financial Management and Leadership:

Provide leadership for the daily operations of team members to meet the needs of the customer while supporting department and company service and financial goals and objectives.

Customer Service Strategy and Process Utilization, Analytics and Metrics:

Develop and implement processes, analysis, and measurements to support future growth of the company, capture the customer experience, improve service and reduce cost to serve.

Customer Service Processes and Procedures:

Develop, maintain, and communicate processes and procedures to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products and information to customers.

Technology:

Drive implementation of IT systems to support company operations, improve efficiencies, and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications 3+ years applicable experience required, 6+ years preferred

Chemical Industry experience preferred

APICS Certification required

Education Bacehlor's degree required

Pay Range:

$77,300 - $115,460

The salary range for this position is determined by considering a variety of factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and the location of the position. At Stepan Company our comprehensive benefits package includes: Discretionary Bonus
