at Teksystems in Oak Brook, Illinois, United States Job Description About the Opportunity We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing benefits administration team supporting members, employer groups, and brokers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. + Handle inbound customer service calls and email inquiries

+ Assist members with enrollment, eligibility, billing, reimbursement, and account-related questions

+ Support

HRA , FSA , COBRA

, and benefits debit card programs

+ Research and resolve customer issues while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up

+ Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to access member information and document interactions

+ Provide support to members, employer groups, and insurance brokers

+ Maintain accurate records and deliver a high level of customer service Qualifications + 1-3 years of customer service experience

+ Minimum 1 year of phone-based customer service experience

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems and applications

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What We Offer
