Customer Service / Front Desk. This is more than a receptionist position. You'll become a central part of a small team that keeps a very busy printing company moving. You'll get to know our customers, learn how things are made, work alongside our production and design teams, and see projects go from an idea to something people can actually hold in their hands.

• Bubbly, friendly, and approachable personality; you'll often be the first face and voice customers experience.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• A confident communicator who is comfortable talking with customers in person and over the phone.
• Reliable and responsible, especially when handling customer orders, payments, and important information.
• Self-motivated person, who takes initiative to get things done.
• Team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
• Organized and able to multitask
• Basic computer skills and comfortable learning new software.
• Willing and able to lift and move boxes.
• Desk job but also comfortable being on your feet.
• Problem-solver.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely wants to do a good job.
• A positive attitude and ability to keep things lighthearted while still being able to focus and get the work done.
• Priority will be given to anyone with some basic Graphic Design skills!
