Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ottawa, United States. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely mannerProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyHandle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling proceduresProvide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issuesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operationsAssist with various administrative tasks as neededAdhere to company policies and procedures at all timesQualificationsStrong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customersCustomer-focused mindset with a friendly and positive attitudeFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to follow directions and adhere to company protocolsBasic computer proficiency for order processing and data entryExcellent multitasking skills to handle multiple customer requests simultaneouslyProblem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectivelyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailTeam player with a willingness to assist colleagues as neededPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. when required
