The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in through repair completion. Service Advisor experience is not required, but preferred, automotive dealership experience is a plus! We will train the right candidate. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs. Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates. Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Keep customers informed about repair progress and costs. Process payments and maintain service records. Build strong customer relationships and promote customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer proficiency and experience with service management software. Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services. Valid driver's license. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
