We offer both full-time and part-time positions with schedules created in advance. Full-Time Availability Candidates must be available within the following operating hours as needed: MondayFriday:
7:30 AM- 6:30
PM Saturday:
8:00 AM- 6:30
PM Sunday:
3:00 PM- 7:00 PM Part-Time Availability Part-time team members typically work 20-30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled in advance within the following timeframes: Monday
Saturday:
7:30 AM to 12:30 PM or 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM Please note: For both full- and part-time positions, schedules vary from week to week based on business needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome clients and pets with professionalism and warmth Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries Schedule appointments and services accurately Maintain and update client and pet records Process payments and manage client accounts Communicate clearly with team members to support daily operations Help ensure the front office remains organized, efficient, and client-focused Provide support during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and professionalism This is a fast-paced role that requires professionalism, multitasking, accuracy, and a calm, client-focused approach during busy periods.OUR STORY

Required:
2+ years of front office, customer-facing experience 2+ years of experience using Microsoft applications, including Excel Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong critical thinking skills and time management abilitiesPreferred:
