Distribution company in Schaumburg is looking for a hard working and motivated individual for a part time data entry and customer service role. Benefits include paid holidays , PTO and 401k. The hours are 9am-4pm Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities include:

1. Data entry of sales orders into Quickbooks Enterprise 2. Incoming and outgoing phone calls 3. Work on day to day office functions including answering emails, filing etc Quickbooks data entry experience preferred. Customer Service experience preferred. Candidate should be motivated and a self starter. Candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with Google Sheets and Excel are preferred. This position requires the candidate to possess strong typing skills and the ability to memorize 100's of alpha-numeric item codes. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
