Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their experience Assist customers with service inquiries, make appointments, and in person POS Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products and promote promotions to maximize best service offers. answer phones, communicate with staff, clean and provide friendly service. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers r Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Supervising experience or ability to oversee team tasks when needed Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred for diverse customer interactions Strong attention to detail, excellent spelling and eloquent speech Ab Ability to perform math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts Knowledge of veterinary medicine operations Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build rapport quickly Experience in reception and Customer Service.
