Primary Purpose & Function:

Client Care Reps book & schedule customers home services with defined systems using effective communications resulting in customer and technician satisfaction.

Areas of Responsibilities:

Management of customer contact regarding 3-Day scheduling board Management of technician/sub-contractor scheduling Prioritizing & Assigning Technicians Coordination with secondary dispatchers Collaborating with Service Manager to

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
