Job Description
Customer Service and Data Entry Coordinator responsible for order entry, quote preparation, maintenance work order assignment, goods receipt processing, and customer support activities. Job Requirements High school diploma with 2+ years of experience in data entry and customer service, or an Associate degree with relevant data entry and customer service experience. Data entry experience. Customer service experience. Experience entering orders into business systems. Experience processing purchase orders. Experience handling inbound phone calls. Experience maintaining accurate transactional records. Preferred Skills SAP experience. ServiceMax experience. Experience supporting aftermarket parts or service operations. Experience coordinating urgent orders with shipping or warehouse teams. Experience processing goods receipts. Experience supporting field service operations. Job Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and route calls to the appropriate personnel. Develop quotes for aftermarket requests. Enter customer orders into SAP upon receipt of purchase orders. Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to process urgent orders. Assign planned maintenance work orders from the ServiceMax queue to appropriate Field Service Engineers. Process goods receipts when parts or instruments arrive. Maintain order, service, and receiving records. Support data entry and customer service activities during periods of increased workload.
