Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Administrative Support Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and eager to learn. HVAC or refrigeration experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service via phone and in-person communication Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system Perform data entry for customer orders, invoices, and payments Handle order entry and assist with A/R and A/P processing Maintain accurate records and documentation Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Qualifications Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative Basic computer proficiency required; Excel experience is a plus Positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail Prior experience in HVAC or refrigeration is a plus but not required Preferred Experience Familiarity with Excel and general office software Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role Exposure to HVAC/refrigeration industry practices is a bonus
