As a Client Care Advisor, you will combine relationship management, care coordination, client advocacy, and consultative sales skills to create outstanding experiences for the seniors and families we serve. You will be a key member of our team, helping connect clients with the right Care Pros while ensuring quality, consistency, and satisfaction throughout their care journey. Learn more at homeinstead.com. What You'll DoBuild Meaningful Client Relationships Serve as a trusted advocate and primary point of contact for clients and their families. Develop strong relationships built on trust, communication, and exceptional service. Listen carefully to client needs and provide thoughtful recommendations and solutions. Coordinate Exceptional Care Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans based on individual goals and needs. Match clients with Care Pros who are the right fit for their personalities, preferences, and care requirements. Monitor care quality through regular check-ins and quality assurance visits. Adjust care plans as client needs change. Deliver Outstanding Client Experiences Partner with clients, families, Care Pros, healthcare professionals, and internal team members to ensure seamless care delivery. Identify challenges early and proactively resolve concerns. Support client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships. Manage Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate client records, assessments, service plans, and quality assurance documentation. Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and ethical standards. Support Business Growth Through Consultative Service Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend appropriate Home Instead services. Build confidence with families by providing education, guidance, and personalized care solutions. Contribute to client retention and business growth through exceptional service. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, healthcare, senior care, social work, care coordination, or a related field. Experience working directly with older adults, families, caregivers, or healthcare professionals. Strong ability to manage relationships, organize priorities, and navigate complex situations. Preferred Qualifications Experience in home care, senior living, healthcare coordination, case management, or a related industry. Experience with client relationship management systems or scheduling/care management software. Technical & Professional Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound professional judgment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs.
