Job Description

Day To Day:
Scheduling for podiatry and orthopedics appointments
Environment:
cubicle setting Mondays and Tuesdays are the busiest days and call volume decreases throughout the week Each call lasting 3:30-5 minutes
Training:
2 weeks depending on experience
Duration:
3-month contract + potential extensions
Hours:
M-F - must be able to work any shift between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
MUST HAVES
1 year healthcare call center experience Can type at least 35 words a minute Can multitask (speak on the phone and type at the same time) Experience scheduling patients, adding insurance, and telephone encounters within EPIC Tech Savvy, comfortable working with 2 screens

HS diploma
Pay:
$19.00 per hour

Do you have 2+ years of experience scheduling patient appointments for multiple physicians? Do you have experience scheduling patients, adding insurance, and conducting telephone encounters within EPIC? Are you comfortable working on a 3-month contract? (Potential extensions, but not guaranteed) Can you pass a 35 WPM typing test? The hourly rate for this role is $19 per hour. Does that work for you? Can you start a new role on 8/3?
