Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone or in-person
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
