In 2014, we introduced the industry's first widely-produced, industrial-grade, all-electric press. Today, Anatol Equipment Manufacturing remains one of the world's leading screen printing equipment manufacturers with our machines in over 70 countries. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team! Key Responsibilities Guide and process incoming customer calls and inquiries in a fast-paced environment Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, via email, video call, or through our ticketing system Investigate and troubleshoot customer's concerns through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about equipment, parts, machinery, etc. Create documentation on issues resolved, root cause analysis, as well as troubleshooting steps attempted Serve as liaison between customer and internal departments Provide exceptional customer service Assist with picking, packing and shipping parts orders as needed Qualifications 3+ years of customer support or help desk experience Experience working with industrial equipment, machinery, etc. preferred Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while speaking with customers Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, and meet deadlines This position will be in-office Monday-Friday 7am-4pm CST at our U.S. headquarters located in Waukegan, Illinois.
