In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with participants, providers, attorneys, local unions and trustees. Answer benefit status and coverage questions. Log all communications in MACESS system with the ability to transition to documenting communication in the Vitech claims payment system. Review participant annual and accident/loss of time claim forms, miscellaneous general correspondence and eligibility documents. Request additional information, when necessary, in writing or by telephone regarding claims submitted to our office. Effectively communicate with participants who come to our office for assistance with their claims. Generate, send and track written correspondence. Work overtime when business needs dictate it. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Candidate must possess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; BasicPC/WINDOWS
knowledge; Basic Microsoft WORD skills; Must be able to handle a varying volume of phone calls throughout the workday; Ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of welfare benefits and eligibility requirements; Ability to maintain minimum production standards; Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment; Spanish or Polish speaking preferred.
