Job Description

Harborline Group is an enrollment and development firm that needs a Customer Assistant
  • AT&T to modernize the Westmont / Chicago area connectivity through AT&T Fiber. The Customer Assistant
  • AT&T will support promoting initiatives by explaining AT&T products to customers and assisting with account service. By providing guidance, you ensure that every enrollment meets our standards of accuracy and service. As a Customer Assistant
  • AT&T, you will help customers compare AT&T Fiber plans, organize account activity, and support enrollment steps.
The Customer Assistant will also learn how to have productive account conversations that identify customer needs. Responsibilities of the Customer Assistant
  • AT&T Engage customers in conversations about their current AT&T account set up, assisting with any necessary help.
Provide recommendations based on customer needs, ensuring they select a plan that maximizes their satisfaction and supports promotion goals. Assist with the enrollment process, guiding customers through enrollment and ensuring they feel confident in their decision to upgrade to AT&T Fiber. Work closely with the team to meet objectives, contributing to the success of the AT&T Fiber campaign through collaborative efforts. Create a positive customer experience that builds loyalty and encourages repeat enrollment referrals. Qualifications of the Customer Assistant
  • AT&T A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Self-driven with a consistent focus on improving customer service and satisfaction. Strong work ethic with the ability to stay engaged. Eager to develop long-term skills in enrollment engagement, customer service, and account growth.
Pay:
$48,000.00
  • $58,000.
