$20-$25/hour Position Overview Goldman Sachs is seeking a Client Service Analyst to provide administrative, operational, and client service support to Advisor teams and their clients. The position will support client onboarding, investment account processing, documentation management, tax-season activities, and internal operational requests. Key Responsibilities Coordinate new-client onboarding, documentation, contracting, and client data. Prepare, submit, and track investment account applications through funding. Maintain accurate client and account information across internal systems. Assist Advisor teams with client meetings, scheduling, and communications. Process account maintenance and investment-related requests. Support tax-season activities, including document organization, client consents, estimated payments, and electronic filing. Coordinate with internal departments to complete operational requests. Support Special Investment and Private Equity account activities. Track quality-control metrics and follow up on outstanding items. Handle confidential client and financial information accurately and professionally. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 2-5 years of experience in client service, financial services, wealth management, banking operations, account administration, or investment operations. Experience with client onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, or operational processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Asset or wealth management experience. Experience supporting financial advisors or investment clients. Exposure to account opening, KYC/AML documentation, investment processing, or alternative investments
