Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a direct-hire opportunity with a Global Logistics Company that offers sophisticated logistical solutions backed by the world's largest global logistics network.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Entering Shipment Orders into the proprietary Transportation Management System. Check Calls to drivers for track and trace & GPS set-up. Update account managers on any issues that arise, helping to create and execute solutions. Request & retrieve POD's, backup paperwork, etc. from vendors. Calling shippers and consignees to schedule pickup and delivery appointments. Maintain professional, courteous customer service relationships with associates and carriers. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, carrier, and company information. Support management and staff in assigned project-based work. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required The ideal candidate will have experience in order entry, appointment scheduling, and tracking and tracing Previous experience in the transportation industry is a plus Fluent in English.
Pay:
$54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
