Entry-level position
•open to new graduates and candidates with no experience ◆

Wood Dale ,IL 90191
Working Schedule:
Monday
•Friday, 8:00 am
•5:00 pm Temp to Hire We will train you. Coordinate international ocean shipments from origin to destination Track and trace containers and update shipment status Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and trucking companies Prepare import documents (e.g., arrival notices, delivery orders) Ensure customs compliance and assist with ISF filings Work closely with customers and provide shipment updates Handle any shipment issues or delays professionally Qualifications and Skills Any experience in freight forwarding / Logistics is a plus. Proficient in MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint ) Exceptional customer service & problem-solving skills Self-motivation, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and accept new challenges Working in the office within varying team environments is a must Good communication skills (writing in English) Good math skills AA degree/ Bachelor's degree is required
