Department:

  • Commercial Specialist We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Millwork Department
  • Commercial Specialist who is personable and service oriented.
As the initial point of contact for our customers, you will assist with order inquiries, provide information on product lines, delivery schedules, and offer quotes/pricing. In addition, you will support our outside sales representatives.
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • At least two years of experience in customer service. o Experience in Commercial Doors required
  • Functional knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Capacity to multi-task with speed, accuracy, and professionalism with all levels of employees, customers, and vendors both orally and in written form.
