Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our customers' service needs. Your responsibilities will include answering inbound customer service calls, responding to inquiries via email or chat, and coordinating and scheduling repair and maintenance services for our customers' fleets. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery. Additionally, you will keep customers informed of the status of their repairs and maintenance services, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records of service requests. To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service in a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with a CRM system are desired, and knowledge of the trucking industry and/or experience working in a mechanic shop would be advantageous.
