Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
: This position is responsible for servicing our customer needs via phone, e-commerce, e-mail, or mail. This position will have working knowledge of the order entry process, email response, and RMA process; with the ability to fill in for any Customer Care position.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer questions via inbound calls, chat and email, enter customer orders, solve customer issues, obtain any order information needed and follow up as needed Enter orders for families and funeral homes and assist families and funeral homes in placing their own orders. Maintain excellent customer service by utilizing a one call resolution strategy and providing friendly, helpful service. Process returns, supply orders and perform vault uploads and changes quickly Develop high level knowledge of company product offerings and systems including databases, website, and e-commerce platforms. Assisting in updating customer feedback and creating solutions for our customers. Complete other duties and special projects as assigned Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Work within a team environment across all departments to ensure the best customer experience. Shows respect and sensitivity and ability to work within a diverse workforce. Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma (or equivalent like a GED); Associate degree preferred 1+ years of customer service experience or call center experience Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, etc. Ability to read, write, and speak English required. Bi-lingual a plus.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Computer Skills - Team, Outlook, Excel, database experience preferred Strong Communication skills both verbally and written Ability to work independently in fast paced environment and be team player Self-starter with critical thinking skills Ability to work well with internal and external customersBENEFITS
