Job Description
Client Service Representative (CSR) - Veterinary Clinic Four Loving Paws is seeking a friendly, organized Client Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing appointment scheduling, handling phone and digital communications, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally and empathetically, and can multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities include client check-in/check-out, appointment coordination, payment processing, medication refill coordination, and assisting with client concerns. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, strong computer and phone proficiency, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
