Job Description
The Customer Service Representative contributes to the success of the organization by supporting customers and other departments. This person handles transactions, performs clerical functions for sales department, acts as point of contact for customers, and acts as liaison between customers and various departments of the organization. Qualified candidates will have the proven ability to work well with other personnel and departments, and deal with customers concerning matters that require tact and resourcefulness. The qualified candidate must also pay close attention to detail, fully proofreading his or her own work as well as the work of others.
