Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions using multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Manage client inquiries promptly and accurately, providing detailed information or directing calls to appropriate departments Maintain organized client records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Office and productivity software Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Support clerical functions including proofreading documents, word processing, and preparing reports with attention to detail Utilize computer skills to perform tasks efficiently, including file management, document creation, and technical troubleshooting when needed Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong data entry and spreadsheet skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette and client interaction Demonstrated office management experience including calendar coordination and filing systems Technical proficiency with multi-line phone systems, computer literacy, and familiarity with productivity software Previous clerical or administrative experience that highlights attention to detail, proofreading ability, and time management skills Personal assistant or front desk experience that showcases customer support capabilities and organizational aptitude Join us in delivering outstanding service while growing your career in a vibrant office setting!
