Responsibilities Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, providing friendly and professional service at all times Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision Assist customers with menu questions, placing orders, and general support Prepare and serve boba drinks; refill boba and toppings as needed Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, checkout counter, and service stations Restock supplies such as utensils, cups, sauces, and materials throughout the shift Work well with team members to ensure efficient restaurant flow Follow all health and safety guidelines Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Great work ethic; reliable, responsible, and punctual Ability to multitask in a busy environment Basic cash handling skills Friendly and professional attitude Previous restaurant or cashier experience is a plus, but not required Additional Information Immediate openings available Training provided Ideal for candidates excited to grow within a fast-paced restaurant environment
