JOB SUMMARY
$17.00 an hour. Provides excellent guest service to all casino guests and Caesars Rewards Members.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
: Provides excellent guest service to all guests and Caesars Rewards members. Builds and maintains database through club membership. Redeems credits for gifts and other amenity items. Provides guests with promotional information. Communicates the benefits of the Caesars Rewards program. Cross sells property events (shows, promotions) and amenities (hotel, restaurants, etc.). Resolves guest/member issues and uses service recovery tools in accordance with the department and property standards. Maintains confidentiality of all matters regarding guests and the business operation. Processes non-gaming cash transactions in accordance with the policies set forth in Marketing Operations, to include processing Ticketmaster requests. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm and possess basic knowledge of how to operate a computer. A minimum of one-year previous customer service experience is highly preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and be a team player. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
WORK ENVIRONMENT
: Must be able to work independently. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time (minimum of four hours). Demonstrates a sense of urgency while performing tasks and meeting deadlines. Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino; from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator. Must be able to lift, carry and/or push a minimum of 40 lbs. Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, grasp objects and the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights. Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
