Job Description

The A/R Customer Service Representative is responsible to ensure timely and accurate completion of deposit posting, collections review and back up duties for other staff as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily/Weekly Duties:
1.0 Provides Customer Service Phone coverage: 1.1 Is scheduled in the rotation of billing phone line coverage; 1.2 Responds to questions and concerns of clients, insurance companies, other agencies and staff regarding self pays, special pays, and insurance questions. 2.0 Maintains promissory notes and special fee reductions and adjusts accounts accordingly. 3.0 Daily deposits are reviewed for accuracy and entered into Chase via electronic submission 4.0 Enters, Updates, and Bills
DCS/CMHI/DCS FP 5.0
Provides back up to the MRO Customer Service Representative and Insurance Verifier 6.0 Works Flagged Services 7.0 Complete work related trainings timely as assigned or requested. (i.e. Relias, Risk Management, PSO, DCS, etc.) 8.0 Other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School Graduate Experience:
One to two years' experience in outpatient office setting
Licenses:
None Required First shift, Full time, Monday - Friday, no holidays or weekends. Salary based on experience. Excellent benefits. EOE
