Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Position Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative manages inbound calls from our customers, which include doctor's and clinical staff, making outbound calls when necessary. This role utilizes multiple software systems to manage orders and inquiries, documenting customer interactions, while supporting the field and internal sales team with project work as needed. Specific Position Responsibilities Manage inbound calls through the company 800 access phone line as well as the local phone line Assist customer calls with order placement, product information and all other inquiries regarding their account Place outbound calls as required, which could include courtesy calls, surveys, promotional calls, etc. Escalate critical issues to Supervision or Management Document key customer interactions in the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Support field sales as needed by following up with accounts or providing information Assist with pricing and quotes Perform project work on occasion to support trade show activities, company events, Company systems or internet search All other additional tasks assigned throughout course of employment Education High School Diploma or equivalent General Education Diploma (GED) Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service related field Experience in medical field preferred Use of variety of software platforms to include customer relations and Microsoft software Competencies Must present a pleasant, professional image at all times to both internal and external customers and teams Must be able to manage time effectively Must maintain a high level of confidentiality Requires excellent customer service and organization skills Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal in English We make products that make people smile!
