Licensed Customer Service Agent Job Duties:

Assist policyholders by phone and email with questions about coverage, billing, policies, and claims Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and required documentation with accuracy Educate customers on policy options, product details, and coverage needs Maintain and update client records in CRM and carrier systems Provide professional, compliant, and courteous service during every interaction

Licensed Customer Service Agent Job Requirements:
