A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and Certified Peer Support Specialist status is preferred. Customer Service Representative - Float Performs a variety of routine clerical duties related to answering phones, enrolling clients, collection of demographic information, collecting payments, assisting staff and clients and other duties pertinent to the operation of a major program at both Michigan City and LaPorte locations. Qualifications Minimum high school education required and one year additional education/experience desired. Must be knowledgeable of general office procedures, recent call center experience, proficient computer skills, appointment scheduling for multiple providers and have standard office equipment skills.
