Opening for a full time customer service representative in a busy, 1.5 doctor, small animal veterinary clinic in Peru, IN. Fast paced clinic requiring multitasking. Duties include greeting clients and their pets, answering phones, invoicing, preparing patient paperwork, appointment scheduling, collecting payments & opening and closing money drawer. Physical job requiring plenty of time on your feet along with sitting behind the desk. Ability to lift at least 20 lbs. Must have excellent people skills. Friendly coworkers and great clientele. Windows based computer system experience a must. Work four days each week with rotating Saturday work hours. High School diploma or equivalent required.
