Job Description
Overview We're looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to be the go-to support person for our clients. In this role, you'll handle phone calls, emails, and in-person questions about insurance products, billing, policy changes, renewals, and claims. You'll maintain accurate client records, process paperwork, and help make sure every interaction is clear, professional, and helpful. What we're looking for: Strong customer service experience; insurance experience is a plus Excellent communication skills - phone, written, and in person Careful attention to detail and solid data-entry skills Comfortable making outbound calls to current and prospective clients Willingness to learn our products, systems, and processes A dependable, professional, and helpful attitude An insurance license is not required at the time of hire.
