Job Description
Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 3-month contract assignment onsite with a client in Richmond, Indiana. This role is responsible for providing professional, timely support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across phone, email, and chat channels.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
+ Resolve customer issues related to orders, accounts, billing, or service concerns
+ Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
+ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
+ Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure consistency
+ Maintain a high level of product or service knowledge
+ Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations
+ Meet response time, quality, and customer satisfaction goals Requirements
+ Previous customer service experience preferred
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software or CRM systems
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
