Position Summary:

Valiant Branch Incorporated is currently hiring a Customer Experience Representative to support customer interactions within established retail locations in the South Bend area. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on assisting customers, answering questions, and helping create a positive and professional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers inside retail store locations Provide clear and accurate information on available services Respond to customer questions and general inquiries Assist customers with reviewing service options Support account setup and basic service-related requests Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Customers may inquire about services such as mobile plans, home internet options, and general account-related support available within the retail location.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable and punctual Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required
