Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional service to all customers.

Duties:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drive-thru orders while ensuring speed, accuracy, and excellent customer service
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide product information, demonstrate features, and assist with product selection
• Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Upsell products and services to meet sales goals

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Ability to sell products effectively
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures
• Experience with technical sales or product demonstrations is a plus
• Knowledge of electronics sales or jewelry sales is beneficial
• Basic math skills for accurate transactions
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
