Your Day-to-Day as a Verizon Representative - Entry Level Meet with customers face-to-face and create friendly, professional interactions. Introduce Frontier products, services, and current promotions in a clear and approachable way. Ask questions and actively listen to understand customer needs and preferences. Explain service options, answer questions, and help customers make informed decisions. Support new customer enrollment and acquisition efforts through direct engagement. Work alongside teammates and leadership to meet daily goals and campaign priorities. Participate in team meetings, coaching, and ongoing development to strengthen customer service and sales skills.
