Job Description

Customer Service Representative I - PRN Job Description Overview We are looking for team members who are passionate about challenging and significant work for the good of every patient. We are searching for individuals who are compassionate, service with a purpose, are dedicated to supporting their team, and who seek excellence every day.
SCHEDULE 7
30am-8pm 3-12's per month; one day MUST be a weekend
WORK LOCATION
Lafayette South & West side Urgent Care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines. Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary. Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling. Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests. Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/GED is required. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office. Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment We are an equal opportunity employer.
