Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Customer Service Representative for our 1st Shift ( Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 6:00PM ). This position is a 48 hour a week position. 40 hours straight time with 8 hours of Overtime built in! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time. We pay weekly!! Job Duties of Customer Service Representative (Brief Description): Process and input all customer orders Verify that on-hand inventory is sufficient to cover shipping orders Generate all related paperwork for customer work orders Schedule inbound/outbound orders Manage check in/out window Record keeping Communicate with Shift Supervisor throughout shipping/receiving process Ensure accuracy of all shipping/receiving documents and assist in resolving any discrepancies Skills for
