Your area of focus. Brantford Honda is seeking an individual who can work in a fast-paced Automotive Service Centre environment communicating directly with customers, managing their needs and expectations regarding auto service maintenance and repairs. Superior customer service and communication skills are essential to success in this position and in enhancing the customer experience. Successful candidate will receive excellent wages, training and Employer RRSP contribution. Previous experience with Dealer DMS an asset. What drives your day-to-day? Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs. Welcoming customers and discussing their needs Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration. Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle s problems or symptoms. Connecting customers to the right auto technician Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers vehicle is repaired as needed. Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions What are the must-haves Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role required CDK experience is an asset Automotive knowledge Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience Ability to set and achieve targeted goals Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not Organization and follow-up skills Experience and desire to work with technology The Perks. Compensation The expected range of compensation for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 Commission - No base. This position is entirely commission-based and the expected compensation range reflects potential earnings based on historical performance and market conditions.
