Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred CPM certification preferred Experience Requirements 1+ years of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or customer service experience preferred Strong ERP, inventory management, and Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Job Duties Manage purchasing activities for stock and non-stock materials Review inventory forecasts and replenishment recommendations Create purchase requisitions and issue vendor purchase orders Track orders and coordinate deliveries to meet customer needs Research vendors and recommend cost-effective purchasing solutions Resolve supplier issues related to pricing, quality, and delivery Process vendor returns and assist with inventory reduction efforts Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors Investigate and resolve accounts payable discrepancies Identify cost-saving opportunities and produce KPI reports Follow company and customer operating procedures and safety requirements Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred. Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial. Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
