Customer Service Technician - 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift

At MAPS, our customer service technicians are the lifeline for our customers. They field calls from our customers to troubleshoot technical issues, order supplies, and so much more.

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls from customers and technicians in the field Documentation of installation of POS system Assist with the return of loaner equipment Create tickets on customer supply orders Maintain customer store records Other duties as assigned by management

Work Environment:

Fast-paced office setting with frequent interaction via phone, email, and chat Primarily sedentary role; approximately 80-90% of work performed at a desk or computer workstation Extended periods of screen time and computer use required Occasional lifting or moving of equipment (up to 25 lbs) Multitasking and prioritizing in time-sensitive situations is common Collaboration with internal departments and team members •
