To learn more, visit: https://industriallogisticsgroup.com/ Position Overview Industrial Logistics Group is a temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics provider seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and drivers, ensuring efficient coordination of inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and demonstrates strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Greet and process incoming truck drivers, ensuring timely check-in and dock flow Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments, including pickups and deliveries Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email Provide accurate updates regarding shipment status, scheduling changes, and order details Maintain detailed and accurate records, including driver logs, shipment documentation, and customer communications Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment Address routine issues, escalate concerns as needed, and contribute to smooth daily operations Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Dependable with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through Proficient in phone, email, and basic digital communication tools Basic computer skills, including data entry and record management High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications Experience in warehousing, logistics, or transportation environments Familiarity with driver check-in procedures and dock operations Experience with scheduling systems or warehouse management software (WMS) Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package 401(K), Medical, dental, and vision benefits eligibility after 90 days Paid time off and company-paid holidays Industrial Logistics Group participates in E- Verify.
