Wilson Lighting, a premier family-owned lighting & hardware showroom in Overland Park, is seeking a mechanically inclined, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Decorative Hardware team. This position combines showroom customer service with hands-on field support for residential projects. Responsibilities include assisting customers and sales staff, order entry and follow-up, coordinating with builders and designers, visiting job sites to verify measurements and details, and helping troubleshoot product and installation issues. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, mechanically capable, and comfortable managing multiple projects. Experience in hardware, construction, interior design, or home improvement is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and a mix of showroom and field work.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
