11:00am-10:00pm What You'll Do - Customer Support Specialist Be the first point of contact for customers calling in for service, support, or sales—listen, understand, and confidently guide them to the right solution. Gather the details needed to accurately create service tickets and ensure dispatchers can assign the best-fit technician. Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and pricing when needed. Maintain organized and detailed notes within ticketing systems to support efficient scheduling and follow-up. Represent the company with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude—no matter the situation. Support the service team with additional administrative or customer-related tasks as needed. What You Bring - Customer Support Specialist High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred. 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience. Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. Confidence working independently without close supervision. Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other technical tools.
