EKsystems is proud to partner with a locally owned, community-focused organization in search of Customer Service Representatives to join their diverse and inclusive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that supports some of the nations most recognized brands, including Lowes, Amazon, Target, and Walmart.

Schedule :

Must be available to work an 8 hour shift with 2 days off: Mon-Fri, 1pm to 10pm

What You Will Do:

Manage service requests and work orders received electronically and by phone Verify and qualify customer requests to ensure accurate processing Coordinate technician check-ins/check-outs and dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors and service teams Provide timely, knowledgeable customer support and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records and complete additional administrative tasks as needed What we are looking for: At least 1 year of customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Technically savvy and comfortable learning new software systems Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, banking, food service, call centers, or office support are encouraged to apply Why Apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
