Client Services Coordinator Responsibilities Schedule client meetings while managing calendars for various Wealth Advisors. Proactively manage a high volume of outgoing calls. Strive for a high success rate of connecting clients with advisor appointments. Communicate with clients through various channels. Promote Wealth Advisor services as solutions to client needs. Screen feedback and requests from clients and liaise within the department to provide solutions. Build and maintain close relationships with clients. Review risk tolerance, beneficiaries, and client goals through phone meetings. Attend client meetings to serve as a reference point for any administration questions. Qualities to Succeed in this Role The successful candidate enjoys working both independently (a self-starter) and collaboratively while exhibiting solid organizational skills, flexibility, time management, and attention to detail while working in a goal - orientated environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, respectful, and consistently work to uphold company ethics and standards. Education and Experience Prior administrative and client services experience within a professional organization using phones and computers as the primary job tools. Computer skills -knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). HOURS Full time hours. Branch hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM.
