Role Overview As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as a central point of contact for spare parts inquiries, order tracking, and delivery coordination. You'll work across customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure a seamless supply chain experience. Your ability to manage details and communicate effectively will directly support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities + Coordinate timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to spare parts and service needs + Facilitate resolution of delivery issues by working with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders + Collect, process, and manage supplier and customer data related to parts provisioning and delivery + Enter, track, and monitor customer orders, material requirements, and return requests + Ensure accurate documentation and status updates throughout the order lifecycle + Proactively identify and resolve order discrepancies or delays + Communicate order status, updates, and resolutions clearly to customers and internal teams + Support continuous improvement of order management and customer service processes Required Qualifications + Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain support + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Effective communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications + Experience supporting aerospace or highly regulated industries + Familiarity with spare parts logistics, provisioning, or inventory systems + Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams Apply Today If you're ready to bring your coordination skills and customer-focused mindset to a high-impact role, apply now to be considered for this Customer Support Specialist opportunity with PDS Tech Commercial.
